Does it work on all devices?


Togee works on and across the majority of devices; desktop, mobiles and tablets. However, we recommend using newer mobile models and latest OS on Android and iOS to ensure best quality.

Works best on:

  • iPhone 11 or later

  • ​Samsung S10 or later



Will my notifications be shown from screen share?

If the host shares from mobile or tablet – no. They're safe. On desktop the host can also choose to only share the specific tab. However, they can also choose to share the entire screen including notifications.


Can all participants start video etc.?

Coming "up on stage" to join in via video/audio is coming.
For now the host runs the show while the viewers sit back and enjoy the show, tune in by the chat and vote on products.
However, it's possible to call the host and then continue co-browsing while talking.


Do Togee work on all browsers?

Togee works on all major browsers e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Opera.

My room ended – why?
 

The room can get canceled for two main reasons:

  1. The internet connection was lost. However, there will be a period of 1 minute for the host to reconnect the internet and get back into the room.

  2. The host closed down the tab or the browser. The one minute period to reconnect applies here as well.



Why did the screen freeze?

Due to technical limitations and policies there are a couple of reasons for that the streaming functions could temporarily stop working.
 

  1. The host get’s an incoming call from another app. This event might grab the audio function, the operating system might prioritize the other event.

  2. Poor internet connection can cause delay and reduced quality.

  3. Old devices (3-4 generation old) might face performance issues.

What happens if my minutes runs out?

We offer quick top-ups through Stripe. contact one of our sales representatives and they'll help you out. You'll be able to monitor your minute usage from your admin panel in real-time.


Do I need to know how to code?

How do I disable Togee?
The best way to disable/remove Togee from your website is to remove the script from the html code.

Is there a limit to how many simultaneous viewers there can be in one room?

We have successfully tested with 100,000 simultaneous viewers. We have very scalable servers and can support even larger audiences. Get in touch and we'll figure it out.

Do Togee integrate with our CRM system?

We don't have a standard solution for this at the moment, but anything is possible. Get in touch and we'll figure it out.


Can I limit from which pages the service can be activated? 

Yes, when you embed the plug-in you can choose specific or all pages.
